EAGE and ACGGP are pleased to invite you to the three-day international workshop on Geophysical Imaging in Complex Areas and Reservoir Characterization, to be held from 7-9 March 2012 in Cartagena, Colombia.

The call for paper deadline will be 11 December 2011, so do not forget to submit your paper.

About the workshop
Imaging in complex areas continues to be a challenge, especially for  land seismic methods. High-angle fault imaging, velocity inversion and static corrections for high lateral variations on weathered and sub-weathered terrain are some of the issues to discuss in this workshop.

The proposed workshop will stimulate a debate on lessons learned and ideas among geoscientists by creating a forum in which representative specialists with an interest in the proposed main topics converge. Plenty of time will be allocated for discussions.
